Low Tea at Low Tide

The Providence Foundation and WaterFire Providence invite you to a gathering at low tide on Friday, April 17, at 1:00 PM to understand the need to dredge the rivers at the center of Capital Center. A surprise art installation, featuring characters from TEN31 Productions, will await you on the water.
