It's hard to tell which is more visually appealing at Cafe Nuovo: the view of the Providence River, or the stylishly prepared creations that come out of the kitchen. The regional American, European, Asian, and Island-inspired menu is extensive, but the dessert creations are exquisite -- so save room.
